Trout with Flaked Almonds

My housemate Emily inspired me to try this after her trip to Paris.

Oven on 190°C
Feeds 2

Trout with head and tail off
olive oil and parsley
cook for 20 minutes

Once out top with flaked almonds and dig in.

The bone will easily come away, so cook it first don't take it out before!

The week is nearly over and I just can't wait for SATURDAY!!!
